Concentric Rehabilitation Centre is a fully accredited registered NDIS provider that has participants’ goals and aspirations at the core of the organization. We have highly experienced and knowledgeable practitioners that strive to deliver first class outcomes for every individual participant.

Our participants told us they wanted convenience, and we listened, designing every Concentric Rehabilitation Centre so there is a full suite of allied health available to help you maximise your goals. This includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, speech pathologists and psychologists.

We understand that getting to our clinics can be difficult, so to further expand the delivery of our service, we have developed a mobile and community allied health service where our therapists come to you.

Occupational therapy

Exercise physiology

Our exercise physiologists will help you live a healthier life through exercise. This applies to those who have restricted mobility or who are recovering following an injury.

Speech therapy

From communication difficulties, swallowing problems, speech and language therapists assess multiple problems. After your assessment, they’ll create a tailored plan that focuses on your unique needs.

Psychology

If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or another mental illness, our psychologists can provide support. Using talking therapies, you can adopt coping mechanisms that enhance your wellbeing.

Dietetic

Our dietetics team is adept at tackling an array of issues. They include chronic conditions such as diabetes through to swallowing difficulties.

Neurological physiotherapy

Neurological physiotherapy is an active and patient-focused way to promote recovery following a stroke. Additionally, it aids in relieving symptoms and enhancing independence with long-term neurological conditions such as MS and MN.

Podiatry

Our high-quality podiatry assessments and treatment plans help to maintain your foot health. We cover diabetes management, orthotics, foot diseases, as well as many other conditions.

A mobile NDIS service provider
